Sili Recio is a strategic communications consultant, digital strategist, project manager, and children’s author dedicated to amplifying voices, mobilizing communities, and crafting narratives that resonate. Through Recio Management Consulting, she collaborates with organizations and businesses to refine their digital presence, develop engaging campaigns, and build sustainable strategies that foster long-term success.

As a storyteller, Sili is passionate about representation and meaningful storytelling. Her forthcoming children’s book, set to release in Spring 2026, is written with her daughter, and explores themes of love, loss, and imagination.

Beyond her professional work, Sili has been featured in various media spaces, including Madame Noire and Good Morning America, and is committed to using digital platforms to drive awareness and engagement on critical social issues. She is the founder of Our Digital Disruption, a platform dedicated to mobilizing action on pressing societal challenges. Additionally, she is a certified death doula and founder of New Ancestor Doula, where she provides compassionate guidance and support for individuals and families navigating end-of-life transitions.

Sili also co-hosts Love Chronically, a podcast about love, relationships, and resilience while living with chronic illness. Diagnosed with stage 4 deep infiltrating endometriosis with bowel involvement, she brings both personal insight and advocacy to discussions on health, care, and navigating life’s complexities.
