My name is Sili Recio. I’m a mission-driven strategic communications and digital strategy leader with 15+ years of experience guiding campaigns, building infrastructure, and scaling teams across advocacy, nonprofit, and private-sector spaces. My work lives at the intersection of storytelling, systems, and equity—and this page offers a glimpse into what that has looked like in practice.

Over the years, I’ve led and contributed to many projects within the scope of my roles, often building the strategy and systems that were then carried forward by exceptional teams. Because much of this work is collaborative, long-running, or proprietary, a traditional samples page doesn’t fully capture the depth or nature of my contributions.

What you’ll find here instead are selected projects that illustrate how I work. Each is presented using the same strategic framework—grounding decisions in context, designing durable digital and communications systems, and focusing on impact beyond a single moment or campaign. While this is not a comprehensive archive of everything I’ve done, it reflects the throughline of my approach and the kind of work I bring into organizations.
