Deck the Halls

I am starting to feel it. That little kid excitement . Did you guys ever feel like the entire year culminated at Christmas? I sure did.

So of course, I am thinking about properly accessorizing my lawn. I mean really, what better than a lit up lawn complete with blow up Grinch/Santa/Snowman? You can't beat that, folks. Now that I have the girl and she's getting older, I see why lawns sometimes look...gaudy. Can I use that word to describe the mix of decor that I have learned to appreciate throughout the years?

How could I not get this Santa on a hammock being served by penguins? And I've been watching the Grinch these last 11 months so, this 8 foot blow up is right up my alley. Then there's Minnie waving hello. I'm telling you, I gotta have it.

Of course, it's not all about decorations. What will I have under the tree? I've started a collection for girl toys and boy toys since I have kiddos to buy for. And maybe, just maybe, there's a collection (or 8) with a list of things I hope Santa will bring me. Even if he just got me a little something from my watch collection, I'd be thrilled!
