How to Make Etouffee with Crab and Shrimp

So...I love to eat. And I have friends that are doing big things. They also stay upsetting me because...hunger. I will say I get mad at Mike though because he's forever posting yummy food when I haven't had time to cook. Damn you, Mike!!!!!
